Grayfin Copy Pro: credit-pack terms and refund policy

1. What you're buying

Copy Pro is a hosted tool from Grayfin (“we”) that writes Spanish marketing copy for small businesses. You use it through MCP-compatible AI apps. You buy prepaid credit packs. Each successful request to the copy tool uses one credit. Checking your balance is free.

Starter — $2 — 30 credits (limit one per person or business)
Standard — $5 — 100 credits
Pro — $10 — 250 credits

Prices are in USD and don't include sales tax. Where tax applies, it's calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Availability: Packs are sold only to buyers with a US billing address. If a purchase comes from outside the US, we refund it in full and don't activate it.
No subscription. You are charged once per pack, and nothing renews automatically.
Starter pack: limit one Starter pack per person or business. We may refuse or refund a duplicate Starter purchase.

2. Your key

After payment you get an API key, shown once. We store only a fingerprint of it, so we can't show it again.
Keep the key private. Anyone who has it can use your credits.
If you lose the key, or think someone else has it, email hello@grayfin.ai from the email you paid with. We'll ask you to confirm details of the purchase before issuing a replacement. We'll turn the old key off and move the remaining credits to a replacement key.
We're not responsible for credits used with your key before you report it lost, unless it was exposed through a security failure on our side.

3. How credits are used

A credit is used only when the tool returns copy.
No credit is used if your request is invalid, or our writing service fails or times out. In that case the credit is returned automatically.
Credits are tied to a key. They can't be transferred, combined across keys or resold. They have no cash value outside the refunds in section 5.

4. Credits never expire

Credits stay on your key for as long as Copy Pro is offered.

If we discontinue Copy Pro, we'll give at least 60 days' notice by email to the purchase email and on the product page. Credits keep working until shutdown. You may request a pro-rata refund of unused credits for at least 90 days after shutdown.
Credits are closed-loop prepaid credits for our own service.

5. Refunds

Unused and partly used packs: if you ask within 30 days of purchase, we'll refund unused credits pro rata (pack price ÷ credits × unused, rounded down to the cent). Email hello@grayfin.ai with the email you paid with.
Our errors: if a technical fault on our side used credits without returning copy, we'll restore those credits.
Purchases we can't activate (for example, an unsupported billing or card country, or a payment that didn't match a pack) are refunded in full right away. Fees are not deducted. The purchase is not activated. Stripe sends a refund receipt to the email on the payment.
Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Chargebacks: please contact us first. If a payment is disputed, we may suspend the key while the dispute is open, and we may decline new purchases from the same account.

6. No cash value

Credits have no cash value. They can't be exchanged for money except through the refunds described in section 5, they aren't transferable, and they aren't a deposit or a stored-value account.

7. Acceptable use

No automated abuse: no scraping, load testing or attempts to get around metering.
No unlawful, deceptive or spam content: this includes unsolicited bulk WhatsApp messages.
No regulated health claims: don't use the tool to create claims about medical, dental or veterinary outcomes, or financial or legal outcomes.
We may suspend keys that break these rules. Unused credits are refunded unless the suspension is for fraud or a disputed payment.

8. About the output

You may use the copy for any lawful purpose, and we claim no rights in it. AI-generated text may not be protected by copyright and may resemble text produced for others.
Copy is generated with AI and may contain errors. Review it before publishing.
You are responsible for the claims in anything you publish, including prices, offers, and health or legal statements, and for following local advertising rules.
We don't guarantee results from the copy.
We provide Copy Pro “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law (same approach as the Grayfin site terms).
Our total liability for any claim related to Copy Pro is capped at the amount you paid for packs in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

9. Privacy

Grayfin doesn't store the text you send or the copy we return.
For payment and the starter limit, we store your purchase record from Stripe, a fingerprint of your key, and a fingerprint of your email address (starter pack only).
Copy requests are processed by our AI provider (xAI) under zero data retention. See the Grayfin privacy notice (Copy Pro section).

10. Changes

We'll post changes here with a new date. Changes apply to future purchases. The refund and use rules in place when you bought a pack keep applying to that pack.
We may change pack prices or contents for future purchases. Credits you already bought keep working.

11. Who we are

Grayfin, the trade name of a Florida limited liability company (Florida document number L26000463152), Palm Coast, Florida. Contact: hello@grayfin.ai. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and disputes are heard in the courts of Florida, same as the Grayfin site terms.

Pre-pay key terms

One-time payment, no subscription. Credits never expire. Unused credits refundable within 30 days. US billing addresses only.

Packs are sold only to buyers with a US billing address. If a purchase comes from outside the US, we refund it in full and don't activate it.
