Common questions

Is it free? Do I need an account?

Yes, the connector is free to use. You don't need an account, sign-in or card. Siren, our phone receptionist that it links to, is a separate paid service.

How do I add it?

If your assistant's app or connector directory lists Grayfin Receptionist Builder, add it from there. You can also add it as a custom connector with this server URL: https://grayfin-receptionist-builder.vercel.app/mcp. Then start a new chat and ask for a phone script for your business.

What can it do?

It drafts a receptionist script for plumbers, HVAC companies, salons or any local business. The script covers the greeting, call flow, urgent calls, details to collect, common questions, after-hours handling and closing, plus short instructions you can paste into an AI receptionist or give to staff. It can also estimate monthly and yearly revenue lost to missed calls, with the formula shown.

Does it make or answer phone calls?

No. It only writes text. A live test-call feature is planned but not available.

Can I get the script in Spanish?

Yes. Ask for a Spanish script and the tool writes it in Spanish, using the formal "usted". The missed-call estimate works in US dollars or Mexican pesos.

Does it store what I type?

No. See our Privacy Policy. We keep only aggregate counts, such as how many scripts were created per type of business.

How do I remove it?

Disconnect it in your assistant's settings, under apps, connectors or integrations.

The script got something wrong.

Scripts are drafts. Edit anything that doesn't match your business, and please email us so we can improve the templates.
