How it works

1. Tell us about your business: services, hours and what callers usually ask.
2. We set up Siren and tune what it says so it sounds like your business.
3. Forward your missed or after-hours calls. On most phones and carriers it’s a single setting.
4. When a call is urgent, you get an alert by email. We keep fine-tuning it with you during the first week.

Questions

Will it pick up leak and storm-damage calls at night?

Yes. Siren answers at any hour, gets the address, the problem and a callback number, and sends you an urgent alert by email. Email alerts can be delayed, so turn on notifications on your phone. Siren isn’t an emergency service: callers in danger are told to call 911.

Do I have to give up answering my own phone?

No. Most roofers forward only missed or after-hours calls, so you still pick up when you can.

What does it cost?

$20/month, includes 120 minutes of answered calls each month. We email you at 100 and 120 minutes, and Siren pauses at 130 minutes until your next billing month starts. We never charge extra. Renews monthly. No contract, cancel anytime.

Does Google charge me for missed calls?

It can. Under Google’s Local Services Ads rules, effective October 1, 2026, a missed call during your Google Business Profile hours and ad schedule may be charged as a lead if the caller stays on the line more than 20 seconds, and voicemail counts. Answered calls can be charged too, so Siren doesn’t lower your Google bill. It makes sure a storm-damage or leak call you may already be paying for gets answered and reaches you by email instead of sitting in voicemail.
